April 21 @ 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Saturday, repeating until April 21, 2018
Crochet is becoming increasingly popular as people discover, or rediscover, this versatile and addictive craft. Whether you want to make a small cushion, a bedspread, a toy or a decoration, there’s something to suit every taste and style. In our short course Ann will introduces you to the basic stitches and simple joining techniques as you create granny squares (granny is the stitch, not the maker!). Basic materials are included in the cost of the course.
The course consists of two x 2 hour sessions. You can book just session one, but if you book both together there is a price reduction. It’s not possible to book just for session two except by special arrangement. Please call us on 07456 517086 for details.
Ann Kelson is one of The Blue Room’s own exhibitors. She works across a range of styles and media from classic watercolours to vintage upcycling. Her passion is creating something new from something old or broken, not just re-using it but reinventing it. She also loves knitting socks and crocheting baby bootees and blankets.
